HOW TO LOOK GOOD ON A BUDGET

Make Up;

Without make-up, hold up different colours to your face. Look in the mirror and you'll see which ones highlight your face and which do not to learn which suit you best.
Leg length
Stand in front of a full length mirror. Hold a tea towel at your ankle and slowly pull it up, to find the most flattering leg length for you.
Bags
Wear the right size bag for your outfit. Over sized bags may look out of place and overshadow an outfit.
Bargain buys
Don't just buy something because it's on sale. Think about what you can wear it with. If it doesn't go with anything, reconsider buying it.
Personal shoppers
If you cannot afford an image consultant, stores like Debenhams and Topshop provide personal shoppers free of charge.
You'll need to call in advance for an appointment. Tell them your budget and they will help you find an outfit.
Underwear
Get measured every six months and replace your underwear regularly. A good bra can enhance your outfit and completely change how you look and feel wearing it.
Try it on
Just because something looks good on a celebrity, does not mean it will on you. Skinny jeans for example don't work on all shapes.
Bring a friend
Bring someone reliable when shopping for a special occasion. You need honest feedback from someone you trust, especially when shopping for a wedding dress or important outfits.
