Almost all types of cosmetic surgery have advantages and disadvantages. This is because of the fact that people who opt to undergo cosmetic surgery are after the good results that the surgery would be able to provide them. On the other hand, the fact that it is a medical intervention makes cosmetic surgery vulnerable to disadvantages as a result of artificially "tinkering" with a person's features. Given this, people who are contemplating cosmetic surgery would do well to arm themselves with information regarding the advantages and disadvantages of undergoing the procedure so that they can intelligently weigh the pros and cons of going through with the procedure, which can help them make the right decision. With breast augmentation surgery, this is also very true, as there are also a number of advantages and disadvantages that come with undergoing the procedure, knowledge of which can help people decide whether to go through with the surgery or not.
Advantages and disadvantages
One of the biggest advantages to having a person's breast augmented is that the person's self-esteem is raised. This is because people who opt to undergo the procedure are trying to deal with the insecurity that they feel as to their breast size. Therefore, the bigger breasts that people get as a result of the surgery "erases" the insecurity, making the person more confident about his or her looks. Given this, it can be said that basically, the advantages of undergoing breast augmentation is largely emotional and psychological, as it can do wonders for a person's self image.
On the other hand, the disadvantages of having a person's breasts augmented are basically physical. This is because the disadvantages of the procedure consist mainly of physical conditions and risk factors that affect the person's body. Some of these physical conditions include temporary or permanent loss of sensitivity in the breast and "hardening" of the breasts. Some risk factors include future problems with breast-feeding, the risk of developing infections, the risk of developing capsule contraction, and calcification of the capsule of the implants.
Knowledge of the advantages and the disadvantages or the pros and cons of undergoing cosmetic surgery can make the decision of going through with the surgery easier. This is because it can help people properly weigh the benefits and the potential harm that the surgery can bring. With breast augmentation surgery, this is also very true because the right knowledge of the pros and cons of undergoing the procedure can greatly help a person to decide on whether the surgery is a risk worth taking.

Bargain buys
Don't just buy something because it's on sale. Think about what you can wear it with. If it doesn't go with anything, reconsider buying it.
Personal shoppers
If you cannot afford an image consultant, stores like Debenhams and Topshop provide personal shoppers free of charge.
You'll need to call in advance for an appointment. Tell them your budget and they will help you find an outfit.
